Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge will host its annual firework extravaganza and Independence Day Celebration on Friday, July 4, 2008. This event starts at dusk and goes until all the fireworks are gone. TCWR offers a perfect Ozark Mountain Venue to the general public as a free, safe, legal place to set off your fireworks. Shoot off your own fireworks display while enjoying others too. Bring your own fireworks or buy them here to help the refuge. Easy access, free parking. Bring a cooler and enjoy.
