-Thurs May 29 Koko Taylor, “Queen of the Blues” Grammy winner Koko Taylor is truly the undisputed Queen of the Blues. Her latest release "Old School" is clearly one of her finest, garnering her yet another Grammy nomination. Opening for her will be 2008 International Blues Challenge (IBC) winners Trampled Under Foot, featuring siblings Danielle, Nick and Kris Schnebelen.
-Fri May 30 Native American Blues Wonders Indigenous Native American ambassadors of The Blues, Indigenous has won rave reviews around the world. They released their first CD "Things We Do" in 1998, gaining both critical and popular success. Opening for Indigenous will be acoustic guitar virtuoso Rory Block, and a 100th Birthday Tribute to The "Juebox King" Louis Jordan, featuring Phil Berkowitz and The Sean Carney Band.
